COVID-19 PREVENTION MEASURES
The safety of our staff and visitors is always top priority. We are taking precautionary actions to support the health and well-being of each person who walks through our doors. We continue to encourage any and all persons, residents and visitors to stay home, get plenty of rest, and eat well during this time.
The Village Clerk, Building Department and DPW offices will have limited staff and non-essential services will not be available. There will be no bus tickets sold at Village Hall until further notice. Please call us if you have any questions at (845)429-0300
The court office window will be closed. Any and all tickets are to be paid online until further notice. All court dates are to be postponed until further notice. You may call the Court Office for important matters (845)354-4063
Youth and Family Services at the Haverstraw Community Center is closed until 3/31/2020. For questions regarding counseling and or programs at the Community Center please call (845)429-5731.
What you can do to prevent the spread of COVID-19:
• Stay home.
• Get plenty of rest.
• Eat well.
• Cough and sneeze into your body and/or use a tissue.
• Avoid touching your face.
• WASH YOUR HANDS FREQUENTLY for at least 30 seconds with soap and water.
As the situation evolves, we will continue to update the resident and visitors with new information on cancellations, court dates, bus ticket sales, etc.
