NOTICE IS HEREBY given that the Village Board is holding a Special meeting at Village of Haverstraw, 40 New Main Street, Haverstraw, New York 10927 on Monday, January 8, 2024 at 4:00 PM to review a proposed Draft Environmental Impact Statement for the Chair Factory Redevelopment Project (DEIS), and to determine if the DEIS is adequate with respect to scope and content for the purpose of commencing public review. If deemed adequate, the Village Board will set the date for a public hearing and comment period on the DEIS.
