LEGAL NOTICE – NOTICE TO BIDDERS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that SEALED BIDS will be received in the office of the Village Clerk of the Village of Haverstraw until 11:00 a.m. EST on May 15, 2024 for the provision of bus transportation for the children in the Village of Haverstraw’s Summer Day Camp in accordance with the specifications on file in the office of the Village Clerk, copies of which, together with forms of proposal, may be obtained in the office of said Clerk.
Said bids will be opened and read aloud at the Village Hall, 40 New Main Street, Haverstraw, New York, on Wednesday May 15, 2024 at 12:00 noon.
ALL BIDS MUST BE SEALED and address to Isabel Gonzalez-Soto, Village Clerk, Village of Haverstraw, Municipal Building, 40 New Main Street, Haverstraw, New York 10927 and have the words “Bid for Bus Transportation” clearly marked on the outside of the envelope.
Bids received later than the date and time specified will not be considered and will be returned to the bidder unopened. All bids must contain a statement of non-collusion as required by the General Municipal Law, Section 103-d, as amended.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the Board of Trustees of the Village of Haverstraw reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids.
