Village of Haverstraw Request for Proposals
FOR A CONSULTANT TO ASSIST IN THE DOWNTOWN PARKING AND COMPLETE STREETS FEASIBILITY STUDY IN DOWNTOWN VILLAGE OF HAVERSTRAW
The Village of Haverstraw is looking for a qualified consultant to provide assistance with the Downtown Parking and Complete Streets Feasibility Study in response to the Chair Factory Development. The scope of work for this project includes:
- Evaluate existing traffic conditions and review the traffic impacts of the Chair Factory Development
- Establish goals and objectives for the subject area parking/transportation network
- Develop design concepts and alternatives that will maintain parking to support businesses, increase pedestrian safety, and reduce congestion
