LEGAL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING – ADOPT LOCAL LAWS
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Board of Trustees of the Village of Haverstraw does hereby schedules a public hearing to consider adopting local laws to rescind and replace Village Code sections 80-5 and 157-11 Penalties for offences. Said public hearing will be held on April 7, 2025, at 7:10 p.m. at Village Hall, 40 New Main Street, Haverstraw, New York. All interested parties are invited to attend and shall be heard by the Board.
