NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY given that a Public Hearing will be held by the Village Board of Trustees of the Village of Haverstraw at Village Hall, 40 New Main Street, Haverstraw, NY 10927, on October 2, 2023, commencing no sooner than 7:05 PM, to consider the application of Kathleen Hood, which application is requesting that a Special Permit Use be approved for the construction of two additional residential apartments on the second floor (to be constructed) at an existing building located at 217-221 Route 9W, Haverstraw, NY 10927 (Tax Map Designation: 26.42-1-9).
The Village Board of Trustees will hear, at said time and place, all persons who wish to speak regarding this application, which persons may appear in person, or by agent or representative.
