NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held before the Board of Trustees of the Village of Haverstraw, at a meeting to be held at Village Hall, 40 New Main Street, in the Village of Haverstraw, on February 20, 2024 at 7:00 PM, concerning an application by Jose Vargas, requesting approval of a Special Use Permit per the requirements of the MF-1 District (§245 Attachment 16) – Column B (1) – multifamily residences; for the property located at 1 Brems Place in the Village of Haverstraw (Tax Map Designation: 26.50-1-4 & 5).
At such time and place, all persons interested in the subject matter thereof will be heard concerning same; and all of the applicant’s submissions are on file in the Village Clerk’s Office, and may be reviewed by interested persons during regular business hours.
