NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held before the Board of Trustees of the Village of Haverstraw, at a meeting to be held at Village Hall, 40 New Main Street, in the Village of Haverstraw, on August 19th , 2024 at 7:05 PM, concerning petition for zoning map amendment by Village Square, to apply the village’s Planned Redevelopment Incentive (PRI) Floating District to Village Square’s property 49 W. Broad St. (tax map designation: 27.45-1-28 and 27.45-1-19). The Petitioner for the rezoning seeks the application of the PRI Floating District in connection with its proposal to develop a 60- unit multifamily residential development on the property.
At such time and place, all persons interested in the subject matter thereof will be heard concerning same; and all the applicant’s submissions are on file in the Village Clerk’s Office and may be reviewed by interested persons during regular business hours.
