NOTICE IS HEREBY given that a Public Hearing will be held by the Village Board of the Village of Haverstraw, 40 New Main Street, Haverstraw, New York 10927 on Monday December 2, 2019 commencing at 7:05 P.M. This Public Hearing will be concerning a proposal for the Village of Haverstraw to participate in a program promoted by New York State called Community Choice Aggregation (CCA). CCA is a program that lets the community pool its electricity needs to obtain a fixed and lower rate for renewable energy with suppliers other than Orange & Rockland.
The Village Board will hear at said time and place all persons in support of this matter and any objections thereto. Interested parties may appear in person, by agent or by representative.
