NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a Public Hearing will be heard by the BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF HAVERSTRAW, County of Rockland, State of New York, in the Village Hall of the Village of Haverstraw, 40 New Main Street, 1st Floor, Haverstraw, New York 10927, on Monday, April 1, 2024, at 7:05 PM, to consider the following petition:
WESTHAB, INC., Petitioner:
Petition for the Board to issue a Negative Declaration for the application of the Residential Inclusionary Zone for Affordable Housing (RIZ) to property located at 30 West Street, 28 West Street, and 25 Fairmount Avenue (Tax Lots 27.54-1-53 and 54 and 27.53-2-32), together the “Site”.
Petition for the Board to accept the Site Development Concept Plan for the development of a 81-unit 100% affordable housing project along with residential and community parking at the Site;
And Petition for the Board to issue a Negative Declaration for the SEQRA review of the Site.
All persons interested in this application are entitled to be heard at the Public Hearing. The complete application may be inspected at the Village Building Department at Village Hall, during regular business hours, and copies may be made upon request for a fee.
