Notice of Public Hearing Regarding Adoption of Local Law (Parks and Recreation Facilities – Village Code)

LEGAL NOTICE

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Board of Trustees of the Village of Haverstraw does hereby schedule a public hearing to consider adopting a local law to create a new Chapter 162 of the Code of the Village of Haverstraw entitled “Parks and Recreation Facilities”.

Said public hearing will be held on May 20^th, 2024, at 7:05 p.m. at Village Hall, 40 New Main Street, Haverstraw, New York. All interested parties are invited to attend and shall be heard by the Board.
