NOTICE IS HEREBY given that a Public Hearing will be held by the Village Board of the Village of Haverstraw, 40 New Main Street, Haverstraw, New York 10927 on Monday December 18, 2017 commencing at 7:05 P.M. The public hearing is concerning adding Village Code §191-1(N) and amending §191-4 Solid Waste; to include the use of the public rubbish containers for household & commercial garbage and to increase the fine for violation of this provision.
The Village Board will hear at said time and place all persons in support of this matter and any objections thereto. Interested parties may appear in person, by agent, or by representative.
