NOTICE IS HEREBY given that a Public Hearing will be held by the Village Board of the Village of Haverstraw, 40 New Main Street, Haverstraw, New York 10927 on Monday September 17, 2018 commencing at 7:05 P.M. The public hearing is concerning amending Village Code §245. The amendments to chapter 245 are pertaining to the Administrative Provisions regarding the Zoning Board of Appeals, the Planning Board, and the Architectural Review Board.
The Village Board will hear at said time and place all persons in support of this matter and any objections thereto. Interested parties may appear in person, by agent, or by representative.
