NOTICE IS HEREBY given that a Public Hearing will be held by the Village Board of the Village of Haverstraw, 40 New Main Street, Haverstraw, New York 10927 on Monday September 17, 2018 commencing at 7:10 P.M. The public hearing is concerning the addition of a new Local Law, §187 “Smoking and Vaping” within or on all property owned by the Village of Haverstraw.
The Village Board will hear at said time and place all persons in support of this matter and any objections thereto. Interested parties may appear in person, by agent, or by representative.
