| The Haverstraw Brick Museum is hosting their 2nd annual Earth Day Arts & Science Festival in Emeline Park. Taking place on the site of a former brickyard, just a few blocks from the Museum on the shores of one of the largest Hudson River Estuaries, this unique event features hands-on learning art experiences from an earth science perspective. Activities will focus on the importance of protecting our waterways, identifying our local fish and wildlife, geology, the history of brick manufacturing, and nature crafting on recycled textiles. After exploring the Festival, visitors can enjoy authentic Latin food on main street and visit the Haverstraw Brick Museum. |
