Invitation
You are invited to the 2023 Healthy Haverstraw Family Day as we welcome all residents to a FREE afternoon that is both fun and educational. This day will include health screenings, educational information, fun healthy activities for children and families, information on community resources, free food/snacks, raffles and MORE!
Interested in Participating as a Vendor, Donor, and/or Volunteer?

The event will be held from 1-4pm at the Haverstraw Center. Set up will begin at 11:30am and we ask that you plan to stay for the entirety of the event. Each vendor will be asked to provide some service at their table for the attendees-giveaways, health screening, informational materials, activities, etc. As there is no charge to participate, we ask that each vendor instead provide a Shop-Rite or Stop and Shop gift card of up to $25 to be raffled off throughout the day. A table and 2 chairs will be provided for each vendor. If your agency is interested in sponsoring an activity (IE. a DJ, face painting, gift cards, demonstration, raffle prize, etc.), please be sure to include that information on your registration form. The more support we are able to receive, the more successful the day will be!
