VILLAGE OF HAVERSTRAW DOWNTOWN WATERFRONT DEVELOPMENT CONCEPT PLAN COMMITTEE
The Village of Haverstraw prepared a non-binding concept plan for the last remaining undeveloped waterfront property in the Village. The concept plan shared the community’s vision for how this unique, village-owned property may be developed in the future. The Downtown Waterfront Development Concept Plan Committee was established by the Village of Haverstraw to direct and prepare the concept plan for this site. This project was funded in part by a grant from the Hudson River Valley Greenway.
