Update on the status of the project as it relates to RAP, DRI, CFA, RestoreNY, and Form Based Zoning.
The Proposed Action includes the redevelopment of the Chair Factory Site (the Project Site) and the establishment and “landing” of a new zoning overlay district, the Planned Development District. The redevelopment of the site will consist of a mix of residential, hotel, commercial, public, and open space uses as well as related infrastructure and public amenities.
